are two books by the German architect Joseph Furttenbach (1591 to 1667), which have been published within a short period of time. The first book is devoted to designs for leisure and entertainment, while the second deals with residential and private buildings. Both books are significant for their detailed illustrations in the form of copperplate engravings and are an essential part of Furttenbach's contributions to architectural theory and practice.
